Terms and Conditions of Bookings

All Prices stated are in Euro and inclusive of VAT.

Please note that Menu prices are subject to change due to unforeseen Tax or Price Inflations .In such an incident where possible 28 days notice of the event will be given of any price changes etc.

A Provisional Booking will be held for 14 days, after which it will be automatically released.

A Non Refundable Deposit of €1000.00 is required to confirm your Wedding Booking. Each perspective Bride and Groom must meet One of our Senior Management Team by appointment before the Deposit can be accepted .Deposits must be made in person to the Hotel.

The Hotel reserves the Right to cancel any booking without obligation and to refund any deposit booked under false pretence or by a third party.

Notification of Cancellation or Change of Date must be confirmed in writing. The Deposit is refundable if a written cancellation is received 6 months prior to the reception also on condition that the date can be resold.

In keeping with Food Safety Legislation only Food and Beverages prepared on the premises may be consumed within the hotel- with the exception of your Wedding Cake.

All Menus must be confirmed to the Hotel at least One month before your Wedding Day.

The approximate numbers of Guests must be given to the hotel One month prior to your Wedding Day and Final Confirmation at least 48 hours prior to your Reception. The Final Number given are the numbers you will be charged for on the day, except if the numbers increase, in which case the larger numbers will be charged for.

The Hotel will hold 15 Bedrooms (subject to availability) for your Guests .Any Bedrooms booked by the Bride and Groom will be charged to the Wedding Account should the Bedrooms not be used .Bedrooms that are not confirmed will be automatically released 6 Weeks before the Wedding Day. All other Bedrooms apart from the allocation are subject to availability and are based on first come first served basis.

The Hotel Bar Extension runs until 1.30am and Music must finish at 2am.The Residents Bar closes at 4am .

The Bar Extension is currently priced at € 420.Please give 6 Weeks Notice for the Bar Extension.

It is hotel policy that the Final Account is settled upon Departure. Payment may be made in Cash, Bank Draft or Credit & Laser Card.

Bride & Groom are responsible for any damage made to the hotel property or any refunds given due to excessive noise from Wedding Party
